What is a Goddess?

The word 'Goddess' is a broad concept that represents strong and powerful self-care, compassion, instinctive and contemplative choice-making. A goddess's decision will promote wellbeing for her and her loved ones.

A goddess abides by the following powerful concepts and principles:

  • A Goddess gives herself permission to shape her life according to her values, priorities and needs. Her personal integrity is paramount. She realizes that achievement of these values will foster happiness within her and those around her.
  • A Goddess's desire is to grow and to evolve. She understands that 'doing is becoming' and that results are determined by the choices she makes. She appreciates that the true cost of anything is what we give up in order to gain it.
  • A Goddess embraces different responsibilities in her role as daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend and lover. She comprehends that the only consistency thoughout life is changes within these myriad roles, which she sees as opportunities for personal development.

  • A Goddess recognizes the importance of nurturing herself mentally, physically and spiritually. She understands that through conscious choice she gains a sense of powerfulness which will affect the future of her internal as well as her external world.
  • A Goddess realizes that she is committed to identifying which parts of her no longer fit and she feels inspired to change them. Defining new boundaries will help her to sustain the part of herself she has neglected.
